Remote Connection Emulator - Screen Size 62x160

Screen size 62x160 has been support by other emulators such as Host Emulator and HOD.

Most of our workstations have large screens. With 62x160 setup, we can view so much more of mainframe data in 1 screen than scrolling right and down. There are productivities with the option.

    Thank you for adding the option to version 17. This option would be so helpful for browsing large job logs for support. The setup option is so much cleaner and easier to use.

    2 major problems compared with Host on Demand and IDz V15:

    1. The text area does not take the whole available screen full height, making the font way too small even at the fullscreen undocked. Notice that there is a huge gutter at the bottom that the text area is not using. This caused the overal screen size to be much smaller, about 10 to 20 % smaller.

    2. The larger the screen, the longer the lags. Even at 24x80, it is not fast enough for someone who types with 2 fingers. I have workstation i7 PC and tried v17 by itself with no other large applications running and still have the lag issue. My daily macros are a bit too fast for any screen size.

    Minor: Add more keys to the Key Mapping. I need to use Pause Break and its not available.
