Enhance the setting UI of Remote Connection Emulator (RCE)

Now there are 2 place that can configure the connection parameters (host / port, etc) in the RCE

- the "Host properties" tab at the bottom

- the "Session properties" button on the upper right corner

 

Users are always getting confused for how / where is the correct place to input the connection parameters, and introduce lot of our internal support effort.

This is one of the blocker for rollout IDZ v16.

It should only be a single place for parameter input.
