IBM z-open editor extension on Visual Studio Code support for C/C++

Some users still use C/C++ in their shop. Adding C/C++ support in the IBM z-open editor extension will benefit with DBB.

    User Build is really designed around building one monolithic COBOL program at the time. For programming languages that change many files and dependencies I think a different approach is needed. Have a look at the GRUB script provided with this Blog post which centers around using Git's distributed model of pushing changes from one machine to the other, in this case UNIX System Services and then running the remote build, which could then still use DBB: https://makingdeveloperslivesbetter.wordpress.com/2024/12/27/vs-code-git-remote-user-build/
