Allow copying the contents of files containing null characters

Currently, when a user copies the contents of a file by pressing ctrl+shift+a and then ctrl+shift+c, the expected behavior would be to get the entire contents of the file in your clipboard, likely replacing any nonprintable whitespace characters with just blank spaces. However, when you currently do this in an editor in IDz, if there is a null character (X'00') in the file, it will truncate what you've copied to stop at the character prior to the null character (even if there is more text after the null character). Therefore, users end up with incomplete copies of files, which might not be very apparent if they are copying the contents from a large file. This enhancement would ensure that users copying text from an editor in IDz get the full contents they expect, rather than just a truncated copy.

This behavior is specific to the LPEX Editor. The Advanced COBOL Editor copies the null character as a space character, so the full copy is completed from the editor to another location.
