Possibility to define a property group by default

Hi,

It would be useful to have the option to define a property group by default for all imported z/OS projects.

Today our developers must select each project and associate it with the property group that we want. An action that can be easily automated with a default property group.

Our scenario is the following: we have created a custom property group where we define the value of our SYSLIB. Our goal is for every developer's project to inherit this configuration. Our desire is to have a flexible method for deploying and maintaining a custom mapping in a large scale.
