When selecting the IDz context menu Dependency Based Build-> Configure User Build, there can be a delay of several minutes before the wizard is displayed in the user interface.  This delay is a function of the quantity of z/OS projects, git repositories, files and directories present in the users eclipse workspace.  After successfully completing the Configure User Build wizard and getting a successful DBB build, subsequent builds run significantly faster.  Subsequent builds are executed using the context menu Dependency Based Build-> User Build.  This IBM idea is created to improve the performance when calling the Configure User Build wizard for the first time.  The delay begins immediately after selecting Configure User Build and lasts until the wizard is displayed.  During this time the IDz user interface appears to be hung.
