RDz - COPY / PASTE of Mainframe LOAD Modules

Please refer to documentation in PMR 48554,057,649 for additional details and Customer Contact (TD Bank Group).

I have recreated your trouble on my machine
using RD/z 8.0.1 then again on 7.6.2.1.
Using the RSE remote system explorer, I did this
1) Right-click on an existing z/OS data set that is a load library.
Its properties are LRECL=0,RECFM=U,DSNTYPE=LIBRARY,BLKSIZE=4096.
I used DSNAME=DPGROSS.LOAD on node CTFMVS08.
2) Clicked "Allocate Like" and defined a new file just like this one.
3) Viewed its properites to ensure it really was the same.
4) Clicked the little plus sign on the original data set to expand.
5) Clicked and dragged one of its members to the new data set.
6) This popped up---> CRRZI0194E Record format not allowed.
Then I followed the rules in the Help system "Copying a load module".
7) Right-clicked a member in the original PDS.
8) Clicked "copy"
9) Right-Clicked the destination data set.
10) clicked "paste"
11) This popped up---> CRRZI0194E Record format not allowed.
Here is the exact URL for steps 7 through 10

Problem: Can't copy a member of a load module using RSE.
Action taken: RTC work item SRR 39624 was created.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for System z

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for System z
