Seeing procedures in outline when inside an Include

When using the PL/1 editor in RDz it would be really nice if it was possible to get Procedures which is located inside an include to be shown in the ouline view, just as any other procedure. The ordering should just be the same as where the include is placed in program.
As a bonus it would also be nice to be able to navigate to the include, when double clicking in the outline. If not straight to location inside the include, then at least to the include location.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for System z

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for System z

I would like to request this RFE re-opened.
I can't seem to find where I should do it, can you help me?

This RFE is a partial duplicate of another RFE # 17724. The ability to navigate to the include from the outline view is a reasonable RFE. If you re-open the navigation RFE specifically we will accept as a new item. Thanks.
