Carma Endevor change - always retrieve values and use values from endevor if module is highlighted.

When in the Carma Endevor screen and I am selecting or processing a module that has been highlighted, always pull through the values from endevor. If they have not been retrieved yet, do not leave blank, go retrieve and fill in, this includes CCID and Description. Do this on all commands including the add command. If highlighted on the add, we are either replace the module and want the same values or are creating a new module that we want to copy the values. If a member is highlighted the properties should never be blank when building the endevor option screen. The values from the member highlighted are more important than what I used last as I move from module to module. If I do not select a module, then default to the last values in those fields as you do today.
