A number of features are requested for System z Data Editor

I am opening this RFE on behalf of my customer, BNP PARIBAS ITAM department. Six features were requested in the PMR by the customer of which 3 will be in a furture release of RDz. Without these 6 features, the customer will not use the editor and instead will use the green screen editor. Here are the features for the RFE:
1. Scroll up/scroll down
We can request to go to the top of the file (equivalent to TSO command M+F7), the bottom of the file (equivalent to TSO command M+F8. But it is not possible to get the next 200 lines (equivalent to TSO
command F8). And, when we set the number of the firt line to display, the key <ENTER> from the numeric key pad has no effect.
2. Scroll on a line
When we are on a line, we can move to the right using the right-arrow key. But when the cursor jumps to a column that is not on the screen, the display does not shift and we cannot see the cell into which the
cursor is.
6. Change of data in hexa
The editor does not work using the insert mode but using the replace mode. The cursor on the area that will be changed should be a full square as in the LPEX editor

    Thank you for taking the time to submit an enhancement for IBM Developer for z/OS. Customer input is invaluable to our products and many new functions and enhancements result from feedback. All input is very important to us to improve and server our customers.

    We realize this Request for Enhancement has been in our backlog for quite some time and it is currently still not in our roadmap for the next two years. Instead of keeping it indefinitely in our backlog we have decided to respond with a decline.
