This feature was delivered in version Unspecified.
This feature is currently available. An end user can drag one or more PDS from the RSE view onto the SYSLIB input box in the property group and it causes an Add Data Sets dialog box to appear which allows you to also control the order of the new PDS in the concatenation list of the existing values in the SYSLIB input box.
If you are connected to a Remote System then you can select multiple PDS in the Remote Systems view and drag and drop them all into the SYSLIB field of the Property Group editor. This will cause an Add Data Sets dialog to display where you can also control the order of the newly added data sets within the existing list.
