In RDz, have the LPEX editor default to the ISPF profile

The default profile for LPEX is the lpex profile. For RDz, however, the lpex profile is rarely used, and most users need the ISPF profile by default. This would help increase the adoption rate by the user community. If this cannot be done, then RDz should show a dialog asking what type profile they would like to default to, or a simple informative dialog to let them know they can change it to the ISPF profile.
