RDz CARMA opens Endevor package for edit when the same package is being updated using "native" Endevor (ISPF)

Customer would like RDz CARMA to verify that Endevor package is not currently being updated by another user before opening it for edit. Customer would also like RDz CARMA to lock/enqueue Endevor package when opened for edit so that another user can't open the same package for update.

We have a common set of modules that are revised by many developers in each release. Our practice is to make all of our coding changes using Endevor QuickEdit, and to use the Endevor Override Signout feature with each change to these common modules. This methodology ensures that 2 developers aren't editing a module at the same time. With the addition of code edits using RDz, we introduce the possibility of overlaying coding changes on these common modules. A developer can Override Signout in Endevor, and can then edit the source using QuickEdit, even though edits are in progress using RDz.
