Scan JCL residing on the Test LPAR against the Prod LPAR

Production JCL is being modified on the Test LPAR. The need is to scan the JCL for errors which requires networking a copy of the JCL to the Production LPAR, scanning the JCL, and send the syntax checks to the user. We have datasets existing in Prod and not available to Test LPAR scans thereby requiring this functionality. Usage of this feature will be high and will dramatically increase RDz adoption.

    We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid.
