Better Replication Solution needed to move incremental changes to IDAA and CP4D

Asked this of Mario Perotti on a recent Webex and he suggested submitting an Idea, so here we are.  Customers that have data in an IMS database are using it within IMS for transactional purposes, but need to move it elsewhere for Analytics.  We currently load vast amounts of IMS data into IDAA specifically for that purpose, but the loads are a huge overhead, especially when you consider that less than 1% of the data is changing on a daily basis.  We've looked at the "Classic" replication solution, but it requires a separate Linux server or zLinux.  We don't want to create a zLinux LPAR for this one case, and moving the data off to a Linux server to move it back to z just isn't smart and scalable.  There was rumored to be a container implementation using zCX, which would be better, but was told it wasn't supported.  A much better solution would be what the Db2 team did with In-Sync, where there's a dedicated high-performance solution internal to IMS that would capture the changes and send directly to an apply agent on IDAA/CP4D, with no other products needed in the middle.
