NOTIFY.IC automatically gets RUNTIME from Image Copy Header

In a potential scenario where the Image copy dataset no longer is registered in DBRC and/or was taken with DBRC=N and needs to be moved to DBRC, for a development database refresh, for example, The IMS DBA person needs to browse the header of the Image copy to see the correct timestamp and use it as input, which involves converting the GMT default timestamp and anlyzing the HEX values. My suggestion is developing a modern way of getting that information internally using just a NOTIFY.IC DSN(xxxxx.xxxx) RUNTIME AUTO which internally gets the timestamp.
