Modify Maintain to permit database allocations with dsntype LARGE

This would be useful to DBA's who wish to control/override the Maintain utility database dataset allocations.

This would particularly benefit environments facing allocation issues with the maintain utility due to growth and the size of the databases who wish to avoid using multivolume allocations due to increased IO.

I would like to see one of the following:

1. Create an option for the database allocation to specify 'DSNTYPE=LARGE' or add the option to VOLALLO.

2. Create a new command/keyword similar to ORF's SHADOW command that permits the DBA to predefine the database allocation and/or let the utility do it.

    This Idea (to add an option to use dsntype LARGE in VOLALLO parameter) is accepted. The target delivery date is not yet determined.

    Note: Regarding the 2000-cylinder limit of VOLALLO parameter, this is a documentation error and we will correct the documentation.
