Input Business Metrics into IntelliMagic Vision

Customer business reporting that incorporates IT resource use includes business metrics. For example, A health care customer has metrics on claims processed by time / region, and members by time. These metrics are useful as application (claims), resource usage is directly related to claims processed, number of members, etc. Most customers would like to associate these metrics to demonstrate business cost & value. These metrics are often used to demonstrate IT funding needs, or drive IT cost reduction. The specific request for this idea is to incorporate an interface (REST API) or other means to allow the custmer to add and update data into the IntelliMagic Vision database so that the business metrics can be integrated with IT resource reporting (MIPS, MSU, GBs stored, GB transferred, etc.) These types of reporting integrations would improve the visibility of IntelliMagic Vision reporting into C level conversations. Some example inputs and reports will be provided by prospective customer.
