Add historical Job Class utilization reporting with hourly granularity, including address space volume and peak usage metrics, to support job class optimization and capacity planning.

Including Job ID is essential to accurately measure Job Class utilization. The same Job Name may have multiple concurrent executions, each associated with a different Job ID. Aggregating data only by Job Name could underrepresent the actual workload running in a Job Class.

Additionally, utilization statistics should reflect job execution duration. If a job remains active across multiple collection intervals, it should be counted in each interval during which it occupies the Job Class. Likewise, if multiple instances of the same Job Name are running simultaneously, each execution should be represented individually.

This approach would provide an accurate view of Job Class occupancy and help customers make informed decisions regarding Job Class sizing, capacity planning, and workload distribution.
