Java batch job should fail on missing DD:STDOUT

If a Java batch job started by JZOS launcher has no DD:STDOUT defined in JCL, the log shows the following stack trace in DD:SYSOUT:

JVMJZBL2007E Stack trace follows:

com.ibm.jzos.ZFileException: //DD:STDOUT: fopen() failed; EDC5037I The specified ddname was not found.; errno=37 errno2=0xc00b05b1 last_op=40 errorCode=0x4
at com.ibm.jzos.ZFile.fopen(Native Method)
at com.ibm.jzos.ZFile.doZFileOpen(ZFile.java:613)
at com.ibm.jzos.ZFile.<init>(ZFile.java:476)
at com.ibm.jzos.ZUtil$1.run(ZUtil.java:704)
at java.base/java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(AccessController.java:748)
at ibm.jzos/com.ibm.jzos.ZUtil.redirectStandardStreams(ZUtil.java:693)

This is a problem if writing data to STDOUT - such data are not visible anywhere and get lost.

Because the documentation defines DD:STDOUT as required (see Page 13 of "JZOS Batch Launcher and Toolkit Installation and User's Guide": https://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/Java/Java80/JZOS/jzos_users_guide_v8.pdf ) the JZOS batch launcher should be changed to check for all required resources and fail the job with a return code > 0.
