Enterpise_Networks allow change of defalt filters

Allow a way to customize the built-in filters within the workspaces in the Enterpise_Networks navigator view.
Any attempt to modify by creating custom views or queries within Enterpise_Networks breaks the unique and simple way of navigating between workspaces.
Instead of using the existing Enterprise_Networks "intelligent links", implement clickable folders with the name of the folder representing what the default view does.
This would allow simplified navigation to continue but would allow customers to create their own default workspaces for each folder with their own custom filters.
