FTP Session Monitoring for Connect Enterprise FTP Server ports not available

Need the ability to capture from Connect Enterprise defined port assignments (my PMR addressed 5565 to a specific LPAR but really should be any other than port 21 since we don't have native FTPs) for either Server or Client:
1) Failed FTP sessions in short-term history
2) as a secondary priority, successful FTP sessions should be reported
3) reporting to be viewed in a TEP Workspace, such as in the TEP FTP Session Summary workspace and/or 3270UI.
4) ability to perform Take Action. Example: Issue a message to the MVS Console that the customer can then pickup in an automation product, like Tivoli AF/OPER to be emailed to the affected support teams.

Live sample of issue: A client initiates an FTP session using port 5565 to Connect Enterprise FTP Server. The client doesn't specifies a wrong password. The error message is reported in the Connect Enterprise FTP Server log only. Any reporting to the TEP client is absent.
