Have Omegamon for z/OS show JES2 spool details for multiple JES2 subsystems

We have a number of LPARs running more than one JES2 subsystem. Currently we can only setup alerts (example: Spool reaching x% full) for the primary JES2 subsystem. The other JES2 subsystem(s) are invisible in Omegamon for z/OS and so no alert can be setup for these JES2 subsystems. This limits the visibility of these JES2 subsystems to the operations staff and prevents them from taking action if/when issues exist with these secondary JES2 subsystems.
