Need to have typical z/OS System Programmer commands available in E3270UI

Mostly all the commands related to a z/OS System Programmer should be available directly in E3270UI. To achieve this goal it would be sufficient to have a system console directly in E3270UI with different authorities capabilities (for example for System Programmers and Operators). This would avoid switching to SDSF with the capability of sending commands.

Having a system console in E3270UI would allow all system commands to be available but, if it would not be possible, a list of commands needed includes at least:
list program in PPT
list libraries in APF
list libraries in linklist
list contents of the members contained in the parmlib libs concatenations
display the content of real storage for a job,stc or tso

And an operator needs at least:
all the JES2 commands to control:
all the JES commands to control printers and NJElines.
