Need PCOMM FTP to support implicit TLS (no AUTH TLS)

Currently the PCOMM FTP client is only able to connect to a server that is configured for Explicit TLS (AUTH TLS) which starts with a non-secure connection then converts to a secure connection. Our site has a restriction that there should not be non-secure connections and this is causing the systems to be flagged in the reports. Other FTP clients provide the ability to specify if the connection is implicit or explicit TLS. We are requesting that the ability to select either method be provided for the PCOMM FTP client.
