Support REST web services in programs and JSF [RTC 44999]

I was request to demo web services mesh up with RBD and local database.
As reported using database with RUI is not acceptable as a fast RUI development.

I was also asked to demo portlet with google map web service, not possible with WSDL


REST web services are not supported for JSF, or other programs.

Since Google and Yahoo stopped support for SOAP web services (no WSDL).
We fail demo the simplicity of web services with RBD.
The WSDL is fading out.

I cannot demo JSF solution with localization info. Nor other queries.
