Provide MVC form property for its current validity state

MVC Forms currently have an isValid() and validation() function, but invoking these functions also invoke the ? ?handleValidStateChange_<formName>() function. ? ?It is during ? ?handleValidStateChange_<formName> which can be used to apply custom code to manipulate other no form UI elements when a form field's value is valid or invalid. ? ?However, since the event is only current for the form field being tested, other form fields may still be in an invalid state. ? ?It is not feasible to use the isValid() and validate() functions here as this will cause an infinite loop.<br /><br />Having a form property as a Boolean value maintained by the form fields validity would make it feasible to set UI elements based upon the forms valid state.
