Generic types and parameters of type any Merged

Parameters of type "any" should have methods returning the type, basic type,
length and decimals.

Example:

x num(10,2);

foo(x);

..

function foo(p any)

writeStdOut(p.type());

writeStdOut(p.basicType());

writeStdOut(p.length());

writeStdOut(p.decimals());

// Would display:

// num(10,2)
// num

// 10

// 2

It should also be possible to define variables with the type, length and decimals as variables. Example:
myType string = "num";
myLength int = 8;
myDecimals int = 2;

myVar1 myType(myLength, myDecimals); // Same as num(8,2)
myVar2 char(myLength); // Same as char(8)

Alternatively just the length and scale, e.g:
myLength int = 8;
myDecimals int = 2;
myVar1 num(myLength, myDecimals); // Same as num(8,2)
