Requirement of generation command for RUI Application [RTC28366]

Rational Business Developer has a function to build Rich User Interface visually on the workbench.
When developers use the function, they can generate UI HTML files including Java-script only from the workbench.
But the other part of application, users can make build-script and build automatically. So the users need the command interface for the RUI code generation.

    This has been implemented in fix pack 7.5.1.5. EGLSDK hsa been enhanced to allow generation of RUI handlers.
