[APIS-IT] Allow access (view and update) to program variables during CONVERSE of a form and in Run Mode

From Customer APIS-IT (Croatia):

When debugging and in "run" mode, the customer would like the program variables view to be available and current WHILE a converse is being processed. In other words, while the Form is displayed to the user, they want to be able to switch back to the debug view and look at the program variable contents.

VAGen was able to do this.

The Converse is a logical breakpoint and by giving them access, it keeps the customer from having to set breakpoints just to see variable settings when in run mode.
