Provide an "Upgrade Process" for Tivoli Advanced Products for DFHSMShsm

Currently, the only option offered to a client is to re-install the product as per the product User Guide for each of the Advanced for DFHSMShsm products. The client is instructed to re-install the product, redo all customization and rebuild all procedures and coinciding JCL regardless if they are affected or not. A more concise option should be offered to a client, in which they are to perform only the necessary steps required due to product modifications. This philosophy should be applied to ALL the Advanced for DFHSMShsm products.

    We don't ask customer to reinstall / customize the product libraries every time there is an upgrade. Pelase reach out to product support when the time comes again.
