zOS DFSMS Naviquest: Include Last Dataset Update Date/Time Field

Hi, Our 3M Environment reached an stage where we urgently requires Information on the z/OS Datasets Last Update and unfortunately it is not currently provided. The closest IBM provides is LREF+CHGID and which is actually False Information.
- The CHGID Bit can be changed by DSS or when Backup occurs on the dataset and not when someone or some job/tasks updates the Dataset for OUTPUT.
