Allow an IMS unit test case to be able to record data when target program is in message processing loop

If you use Test Accelerator for Z to create a unit test case for an IMS tran/program, if the program is in a loop where it waits for a msg, then processes the IMS msg, then goes back to wait for the next msg, you need to stop the IMS batch job and/or program for TAZ to be able to complete the data capture process.  TAZ should be enhanced so that there is no need to do this.
