Display current and diagnostic data of BUSED/BLOG

Z/TPF System needs diagnostic tools to display and analyze the status of Globals @@BUSED and @@BLOG, as well as the ordinal data for each processor. This data is very useful during activities such as processor de-activations, planned outages, File Pool Expansions, and normal daily PDU activities, as well as PRE/POST RECOUPs.
