Currently TXSeries restricts multiple users to debug simultaneously using CADB transaction. Only one user can debug at a time. This is a pain point for customer because it creates a huge bottle neck in their application development environment. Customer has to schedule debugging slots for individual application developers because of this restriction.
One work around which they can use is to allow each application developer to have one TXSeries instance. But this approach is very resource intensive(consideing there are around 100 developers in the IT department). This approach also involves too much of administration complexity. For all practical purposes, this approach is not practical
This issue impacts many customers.
It would benefit many customers if TXSeries can remove this restriction and allow multiple users to debug their applications simultaneously.
