Output error messages on TXSeries console when ECI request is abnormally ended

Target System: TXSeries and CTG
Many customer uses ECI request to call applications on TXSeries from CTG application.
We found that TXSeries does NOT output any message when ECI request is abnormally ended in a specific situation. That is when mirror transaction ID as well as program ID is specified in ECI request and the target mirror transaction is not defined in TXSeries.
In such a situation, ECI request get return code "AZI6" which provides only generic error information and there is no message at all in TXSeries console.
It is so difficult to determine the cause of this problem. It also may mislead into other hypothesis such as network problems.

On the other hand, when the target "Program" (not mirror transaction) is not defined in TXSeries, very clear message is output in TXSeries console like following.
-----
ERZ015033E/0193 09/14/18 21:24:01.801396896 xxxxxxxx12124220/0001 : Transaction 'CPMI' attempts to run program 'XXXXXXXX' which is not defined in the database
-----

When TXSeries determines the received request can not process, TXSeries should output the reason in console for problem determination.
