A design change which can resolve this issue will involve keeping cicsdp alive and polling for ITM agent forever until it comes back. This will cause unnecessary resource utilization by cicsdp. So in this case keep the Threshold high enough for cicsdp to keep alive. Or if you can elaborate what are the scenarios where ITM agent vaishes for the long time, we will look at other design alternatives.
