Open TX connect MF CICS with high availability feature base on user exit() program

In China,a important customer is developing TX series user exit() to resolve open TX connect MF CICS high availiability issue,to instead of current one to one connect between open TX and MF CICS TOR,through there are four link to make sure duplicate linkage could be useable when one TOR down,each connection have no backup connection to ensure high avalibility.Customer is much more focus on below point:
1,the customization develop program can continue got formal continue support from LAB;
2,this new feature couldn't disappear or impacted once prodcut upgrade to new release;
