z/OS Connect EE - Policies to support DB2 via REST Client Service Provider

Currently Policies are available in z/OS Connect for CICS and IMS related API. Nationwide would like to see that same capability made available for DB2 for via the REST Client service provider.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.36 / APAR PH27162:

    z/OS Connect EE policies can now alter the following Db2 service properties:
    db2ConnectionRef
    db2CollectionID
