Enhance zOS Connect to Refresh by service name

Currently zOS Connect refreshes all sar, aar, ara file types for an entire directory instance. This is a request to enhance ZSCONCMD to refresh by specific service names.

    Actually we looking for granularity in the modify command as detailed:

    Instead of refreshing everything, it would be better to refresh an individual service or api, thus, allowing a batch job or sa/os390 to perform the refresh as part of an application release.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition and optionally the Zowe CLI

    The z/OS Connect EE REST Admin API and Zowe CLI plugin already have the ability to update a specific named service or API

Possibility to update a single api or service directly from the z.

We want to be able to interact with z/OS Connect in order to update (or add or delete) an api or service. I know it is actually possible thru MBean and a JMX Connector. However, this method is not usable in a z environnement. What we want is eithe...
