Possibility to update a single api or service directly from the z. Merged

We want to be able to interact with z/OS Connect in order to update (or add or delete) an api or service. I know it is actually possible thru MBean and a JMX Connector. However, this method is not usable in a z environnement.
What we want is either :
- thru a MODIFY command (like the F ZCONNEC,ZCON,REFRESH) but with the possibility to specify the api or service
- thru a batch job.
