Use of JSSE in trust between zCEE and IMS Connect

To establish the trust between z/OS Connect EE and IMS Connect in order to use identity assertion, TLS Mutual Authentication needs to be implemented between the 2 started tasks. On the z/OS Connect EE side, the use of a standard Liberty SSL repertoire: sslCertsRef (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS4SVW_3.0.0/reference/config_elements.html#config_elements__ssl) would allow the usage of JSSE which is for us simpler to implement as an AT-TLS policy and is ZIIP eligible.

Thank you for this RFE. This requirement has been evaluated. Due to a lack of votes, it is not likely that this would be implemented in future zOS Connect EE releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be considered then.
