Include IBM Cloud Tape Connector for z/OS 2.1 to ADCD stack

I'm z/OS System Programmer and I use ZDT Personal Edition and ADCD to learn about installations/configurations and test new functions in z/OS. ZDT is mainly designed for developing, but i think it is a very useful tool for System Programmers too.

In ISMF (DFSMS), it is possible to connect to a cloud network to move datasets from z/OS to the cloud, but DS8000 hardware is required.

For the users who only have ZDT Personal Edition (no DS8000), there is no option to connect to a cloud network from z/OS.

For this reason, I request to add (if it's possible) "IBM Cloud Tape Connector for z/OS 2.1" (Product id: 5698-ABM) to the ADCD stack. This product connects directly with public or private Cloud storage environments (DS8000 not required).

I think it would be very useful for System Programers who want to learn about "Mainframe Modernization" and how to connect Mainframe to the cloud.
