GDPS LCP - Z Cyber Vault - Include Control Script statements to issue FlashCopy Withdraw against RC1 volumes to terminate persistent FlashCopy sessions

If during z CyberVault validation a persistent FlashCopy is established (FlashCopy NOCOPY or Incremental FlashCopy) and is never withdrawn within the same validation session, it will prevent subsequent failures of a CyberVault validation to run due to existing FlashCopy relationships on the RC1 traget volumes.

Adding the ability to issue a FlashCopy Withdraw against every RC1 volume to terminate all active sessions at the target device will ensure that any 'ophaned' FlashCopy sessions are terminated and will prevent the need to manually issue commands on either z/OS or the DSCLI to clean up before subsequent automated validation runs.

This would work similar to how the existing Global Mirror to RC1 FlashCopy NOCOPY sessions can be withdrawn using a GDPS script.
