Issue a Geo-message, with the name of the management profile, showing a capture is being taken

We just started implementing GDPS 4.8 

Before GDPS 4.8 we used a batch script, via a NetView timer, to take a capture.

The netlog would show:

  GEO304I BATCH SCRIPT LCPCAPTURE STARTED           
  GEO305I BATCH SCRIPT LCPCAPTURE ENDED SUCCESSFULLY

Between these messages we could/would ignore certain messages which would normally result in an incident.

In GDPS 4.8 our capture timers are no longer needed as GDPS schedules the timers itself.

But now we don't have the GEO304I and GEO305I messages any longer. 

To still be able to ignore certain messages during the taking of a capture it would be very helpful to have a message, at the start of the capture.

This message should also display the name of the management profile for which a capture is taken.

 

We do see this GEOTRC message at the beginning of the capture process:

  08:15:00 | GEOTRC  AUTGEO2  AUTGEO2  GDPS480-VPCELCPA: Performing an automated LCP capture for Management Profile CBSPROF1

So it appears to be simple to also generate a normal (automatable) message like:

  GEOxxxxI LCP SAFEGUARD CAPTURE STARTED FOR MANAGEMENT PROFILE ppppppp
