Provide an Outline view for JES output, similar to the Outline view for a COBOL program.

Similar to the Outline view of a COBOL program, add an Outline view of a JES output (entire job) that provides the ability to jump to the ‘next' or ‘previous' JES file or any other JES file within that job. This would be similar to the Prev/Next commands in SDSF, but with the added ability to jump to any JES file directly.
