ProcOps: define more than one target hardware per z/OS system

Enhance ProcOps so that it can handle multiple definitions for z/OS Systems residing in differently named HW Slots on different CPUs.
By now we have a homegrown application that is leveraging ProcOps functionality to deal with HW Automation. To be able to reflect primary and backup HW slots for our zOS Systems we had to define 'dummy-systems' in the Automation PDB to be able to interact with the HW. This could not be achieved in other ways as the HW slots the zOS Systems are loaded in do not have the same names on the primary and on the backup site.
This is very cumbersome because therefore we had to triplicate the number of Systems defined in the PDB to reflect that configuration. Our request is to be able to
- define more than one target Hardware Name per zOS-system
- select for every system on which PRO entry it should be loaded in what HW slot (the specified target hardware names)
