Clear command for IWS selection panels (ISPF dialog)

For the IWSz ISPF dialog a new primary command (CLEAR or RESET) should be implemented for all selection panels (e.g. EQQASELP, EQQSOPFP, ..) that clears all input fields or resets them to the default value.

Use case:Because of new functionality the selection panels in the ISPF dialog have many input fields, the last used values are stored in the ISPF profile. (Example for selection panels are EQQASELP, EQQMOCCP, EQQSOPFP, EQQMERRP, EQQSAOFP, ....) . It's quite often that the old values from the last query are not suitable for a new query, so most of the fields have to be cleared manually. With the new primary command (RESET or CLEAR) all fields should be cleared, so that for a new request only the necessary data must be entered. This avoids the display of an incomplete list because a selection criteria has not be cleared as it should. (There are panels with up to 30 selection criteria).
