EQQJOBS support for the "million jobs" SPE (SPE9308) is missing in 9.5 releaseOPo

There is no EQQJOBS selection for the use of the "million jobs" function (parameters MCPDATASPACE and CPDATASPACE) even though there are quite a bit of things that need to be customized - file definitions (EQQPCS01 job),
the parameters for BATCH jobs and controller, numerous skeleton JCL members (needed to create batch JCL for CP extend and LT extend) etc.
A customer who implemented
SPE 9308 and 9.3 level could lose all these customizations when they migrate to 9.5.

Note some members are mentioned multiple times as they modify both LTOCIN and LTOCOUT or EQQDIN and EQQOCPBK.

Even if 9.3 is not modified it would be a good idea to have EQQJOBS do the configurations at 9.5 level as most if not all of the customers currently using this functionality are at 9.3 level.
