EQQAUDIT should include records if operation is manually hold

Manually HOLD option or NOP'ed are not logged properly or displayed correctly in the EQQAUDIT report IF change has been done by modify of the operation using 5.3 (M.3).

Same issue if operation is updated using 5.2 and modify of the application is done for the operation typing S.4 in front.

IF operation is "updated" using MR or NP from 5.3 you get a usable information in the EQQAUDIT report about the action done in CP.

Report using MR or NP command from 5.3 give the result:
